Health Care for Women
Meet Katerina Rezvin PA-C, MBA
Welcome to my practice which I created around a simple belief: meaningful, lasting change in health and overall well-being requires a deeply personalized approach—one that is truly centered around the individual, not just the diagnosis.
Mental health, weight, energy, and self-image are not separate concerns. They are deeply intertwined—and for many women, these connections are further shaped by life transitions, hormonal changes, social expectations, and the evolving demands of modern life. When treated in isolation, important pieces are often missed.

I believe that effectively addressing these challenges requires not only strong and versatile clinical knowledge, but also a meaningful degree of life experience—an ability to recognize patterns, understand nuance, and see beyond symptoms alone.
As a provider specializing in psychiatry, my approach is grounded in understanding how mental, emotional, and physical health interrelate, particularly in the context of women’s health and lived experience.
Throughout my clinical work, I have seen how these connections present in different ways. In plastic surgery, this often meant recognizing how self-image is shaped by social expectations, aging, and the constant pressure amplified by modern media—factors that disproportionately impact women, where what appears to be a physical concern often reflects deeper emotional patterns.
In neurosurgical settings, I worked with patients presenting with chronic pain conditions, including presentations consistent with fibromyalgia—conditions more commonly affecting women, where stress, anxiety, and depression manifest physically, yet are often managed primarily with neurological medications without fully addressing the underlying drivers.
These experiences did not shift my focus away from psychiatry—they deepened it. They reinforced the importance of recognizing patterns, understanding root causes, and approaching care in a way that reflects the full complexity of each individual.
This is what allows me to offer care that is not only integrative in concept, but grounded in real clinical experience across disciplines.
That is why I created a private concierge practice focused on whole-person care for women—where psychiatry, psychotherapy, and metabolic health are considered together, not separately.
My approach is both clinical and deeply individualized.
I focus on:
-
Understanding patterns, not just symptoms
-
Identifying and addressing root causes
-
Integrating medical, behavioral, and lifestyle strategies
-
Creating space for meaningful, unhurried care
I earned my Physician Assistant degree from NYIT, hold an MBA, and obtained a Masters Program Certificate in Psychopharmacology. My background allows me to approach care not only from a clinical standpoint, but with a broader perspective on long-term outcomes and sustainability.
This practice is intentionally designed to be different.
Fewer patients.
More time.
Greater attention to detail.
Because meaningful, lasting results—whether in mental health, weight, or overall well-being—require more than a transactional approach.
If you are a woman looking for care that is thoughtful, personalized, and grounded in a deeper understanding of both mind and body, you are in the right place.
This practice may be a strong fit for
-
Women seeking thoughtful, personalized psychiatric care with more depth and continuity.
-
Women who value an integrative perspective on mood, anxiety, attention, self-image, emotional eating, and weight-related concerns.
-
Individuals who want time for real conversation, education, and collaborative decision-making.
-
Patients who appreciate a private concierge model with a high level of attention and follow-through.
-
Women looking for a provider who considers mental and physical symptoms together, not in isolation.
This practice may not be the right fit for
-
Patients seeking quick, high-volume, transactional care or a prescription-only experience.
-
Individuals looking for a purely one-size-fits-all program without individualized assessment and planning.
-
Those who prefer brief visits with minimal discussion, education, or ongoing collaboration.
-
Patients expecting care that is driven primarily by convenience rather than clinical nuance and fit.
-
Individuals whose needs would be better served by a different level of care, specialty setting, or emergency support.
